Beat 1 – Start with your arms shoulder-width apart and arms at side. Step forward with left leg. The right arm swings forward .
Beat 2 – Shift your weight to the left leg and cross over with the right leg and let your left arm swing forward.
Beat 3 – Step back with left foor and let right arm swing forward.
Beat 4 – Bring right leg back so you are back to the start position.
Beat 5 – Repeat beat 1.
