Disco Dancing - The Box Step
Beat 1 - Start with your arms
shoulder-width apart and arms at side. Step forward with left
leg. The right arm swings forward .
Beat 2 - Shift your weight to the left leg and cross over
with the right leg and let your left arm swing forward.
Beat 3 - Step back with left foor and let right
arm swing forward.
Beat 4 - Bring right leg back so you are back to the start
position.
Beat 5 - Repeat beat 1.
